RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Resolution to Appoint Clarissa G. Hadler to the
position of City Clerk Effective June 17, 2014.
ISSUE
Clarissa Hadler has been hired as the new City Clerk with the City of Rosemount.
BACKGROUND
According to State Statutes, the City Clerk needs to be appointed to perform statutory duties on behalf of the
City of Rosemount.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the resolution to appoint Clarissa G. Hadler to the Position of City Clerk
effective June 17, 2014.

RESOLUTION 2014-
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE CITY CLERK
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rosemount,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Clarissa G. Hadler is hereby appointed City Clerk of the City of Rosemount, effective
June 17, 2014.
2. The City Clerk will perform all statutory duties of a City Clerk and perform such duties
as may be prescribed from time to time by the City Council.
ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 2014.
