ATTACHMENTS: APPROVED BY: Pa) RECOMMENDED ACTION: Discussion item only. BACKGROUND Attorney Bob Vose will be present to update the Council on the status of the renewal of the Charter Cable Franchise. Rosemount is part of a three city Cable Commission which also includes Apple Valley and Farmington. The Commission has been working on various aspects of the renewal of the Charter franchise and Mr. Vose serves as the attorney for the Commission.
