RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to declare the items listed in the executive summary
as surplus property and for staff to appropriately dispose of the items.
ISSUE
The Finance Department is asking that the City Council declare the computers listed below as surplus
property. This declaration will authorize staff to appropriately dispose of these items.
BACKGROUND
The computers listed below are no longer usable within the City's operations due to budgeted technology
updates. Rather than paying to recycle these computers, staff would like to donate these to the following
organization:
City of Prior Lake
4646 Dakota Street SE
Prior Lake, MN 55372-1714
Computers with the following fixed asset tag#'s would be included in the donation:
FA #002188 Panasonic Toughbook / SN# OFKSA12865
FA #002208 Panasonic Toughbook / SN# 1AKYA44237
FA #002209 Panasonic Toughbook / SN# 1AKYA44962
