BACKGROUND
Jeanne Schwartz,President of the Rosemount Area Arts Council(RAAQ, has asked for time to update the
City Council on RAAC activities and plans. The City continues to have a service agreement with RAAC
which has been providing an expanding menu of special events for area residents.
