ISSUE
The City of Rosemount is in the process of putting together the 10 year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP)
that is part of the City budget. The CIP includes larger parks and recreation facility projects and is
discussed by the Parks and Recreation Commission on an annual basis. Included in the packet is a list of
projects that have been discussed in past years.
Staff would like for the Commission to finalize the list as to how you would like to see projects prioritized
for future development.

Athletic Facilities
1. Flint Hills Athletic Fields — Phase 2 — Include Artificial Turf + Lights
2. UMore Ball Field Project — Phase 2
3. Park Shelter/Warming House at Bloomfield Park
4. Park Plan Update — Erickson Park (includes Play Equipment at Erickson Park)
5. Covered Dugouts (list parks where we want them and the priority)
6. Batting Cages (list parks where we want them and the priority)
7. Erickson Park Tennis Courts Phase 2
