RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to Approve the Liquor License Amendment - New
Manager for Apple Minnesota, LLC, for Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar located at
15015 Cimarron Avenue.
SUMMARY
Cit�r Ordinance 3-1-3-4 requires that a Liquor License r�mendment be requested during the calendar year
of a license in the event of a change in management of the establishment. tlpple Minnesota,LLC, recently
hired a new manager, Mr. Michael Hibbard, at their Rosemount location and has filed the necessary
paperwork for the license amendment.
The Police Department conducted the appropriate background checks and no negative information was
found on I�1r. Hibbard. Staff recommends approval the liquor license amendment for r�pple Minnesota
LLC for Applebee's Neighborhood Grill&Bar located at 15015 Cimarron'I'rail, Rosemount.
