Commissioner Schou�veiler, Mark Krebsbach and Brian Sorenson are scheduled to attend the meeting. In coordination with Dakota Counfi staff, a summary of anticipated discussion items has been prepared for Council consideration. • Update on TH 52/CSAH 42 Interchange Improvements Dakota County has prepared a request for proposals for final design of the "interim" full-diamond interchange reconstruction project. In addition Dakota County is preparing a federal funding application for this project to be submitted on Novetnber 14, 2014. l�ttached for City Council consideration is a draft letter of support to accompany this funcling application. • CR 42/Business Parkway/Biscayne Avenue and Frontage Road (149`h Street) From past conversations Dakota County will be developing a JP�-� that outlines the parameters, timing and funding foi completing this area access improvement and signal project The JPA is anticipated to outline fmancial Yesponsibilities, cost participation for the alYeady constructed 149`h Street frontage road, and triggers for the completion of the remaining planned improvements. • Pine Bend Corridor Study Update (CR 73 Corridor Study) � UMore Development o Proposed development on 160 AC (southcast quadrant of CR 42 and Blaine rlvenue) — unpacts to interchange, CR 42 impro�-ements, future planned frontage road, Blaine ��-enue extension as future County road. The Citj� of Rosemount supports this proposed project foY federal funding and agrees to provide a financial commitment for the improvements direcdy related to CSr1H 42, consistent with County cost participation policy at the time.
