RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to waive the requirement for a Public Hearing for
2015 Liquor License renewals.
SUMMARY
rlccording to the Cit�- Code 3-1-5-B-3, a public hearing for liquor license rene�vals should be held unless
waived by the council.

Records indicate this hearing has not been held for at least the last five ��ears. In addition, the police
department does not feel the need for the hearing based on the liquor-related calls received.
Based on these facts, staff recommends again`vai�-ing the requirement for a Public Hearing for 2015
Liquor License Rene�vals.
