A Resolution Approving Amendment Setting t he 20 1 5 Schedule o f Rates a nd Fees .
ISSUE
The fee schedule is updated on a yearly basis upon review of frequent fees established by City
departments. After the adoption of the 20 1 5 Schedule of Rates and Fees in December, staff found an
amendment to the resolution is necessary within the Public Works Fees due to a typographical error . The
p roposed change is to the bulk water rate for hydrant meter usage on page 11. The correct rate is $2.00
per 800 gallons of water plus tax.
SUMMARY
Staff requests approval of the above -motion .

A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENTS SETTING THE
20 1 5 SCHEDULE OF RATES AND FEES.
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the 20 1 5 Schedule of Fees and Rates a nd recognizes the
need to amend certain rates and fees for 20 1 5 ; and
WHEREAS, the Ci ty Council has found the need to amend the Public Works Fees for Bulk Water .
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rosemount, that it a dopt s
the following fees :
Bulk Water $2.00 per 800
gallons + tax
ADOPTED this 3 rd day of February, 2015 by the City Council of the City of Rosemount.
