SUMMARY
Carl Peterson served on Port Authority from April 5, 2011, thYOUgh December 31, 2014. Mr. Peterson
assisted the Port Authority in achieving its economic development goals throughout his tenure. He was
involved in the lease and approval of the Park and Ride site to MVTA, the sale of downtown property to
Dakota County Community Development Agency and the joint construction of the public acrivity center
and the private,The Rosemount at the Steeple Center, senior housing project. Additionally, he met with
local businesses and aided in creation of the Port Authority goals and work plan.
The Ciry Council and staff would like to thank Mr. I'eterson for serving the communiry and helping to
shape a better future for Rosemount.
