RECOMMENDED ACT10N: Motion to approve the 2015 Parks and Recreation
Commission meeting schedule as presented by staff.
ISSUE
Staff would like to discuss the 2015 meeting schedule with the Coininission. The Conunission usually
meets on the fouYth Monday of each month. Thexe are a few months where staff is recommending we
change our meeting date due to holidays or for other reasons the Coinmission might not want to meet.
Listed below is the meeting schedule that staff is xecommending the Coinmission following for 2015:
March 30 (change from March 23`d due to spring break)
Apri127 (no change)
May 18 (change fxom May 25t1i due to MemoYial Day)
June 22 (no change)
July 27 (no change)
August 24 (no change)
Septembex 28 (no change)
October 26 (no change)
November 23 (no change)
December 28 (no change)
Staff is recommending that the Parks and Recreation Cominission appxove the 2015 meeting schedule as
presented by staff.
