REGULAR MEETING PROCEEDINGS
JUNE 17, 2014
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Rosemount City Council was held
on Tuesday,June 17, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall,2875 145th Street West,
Rosemount.
Mayor Droste called the meeting to order with Council Members DeBettignies,Demuth, Shoe-
Corrigan, and Weisensel attending. Staff present included City Administrator Johnson,Assistant
City Engineer Olson and Recording Secretary Schultz. The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
ADDITIONS OR CORRECTIONS TO AGENDA
City Administrator Johnson proposed no changes to the agenda.
Motion by Droste. Second by DeBettignies.
Motion to Adopt the Agenda.
Ayes: 5
Nays: 0. Motion carried.
PUBLIC COMMENT None.
CONSENT AGENDA
Council Member Demuth requested item 6.j. be removed from the Consent Agenda.
Motion by Shoe-Corrigan. Second by Weisensel.
Motion to Approve the Consent Agenda with removal of 6.j. Quiet Zone Recertification.

Nays: None. Absent: None. Motion carried.
6.j. Quiet Zone Recertification
Assistant City Engineer Olson provided a summary of the Staff Report.
Motion by Demuth. Second by Shoe-Corrigan.
Motion to Authorize the Submittal of a Letter to Stakeholders to Request Recertification of
the Quiet Zone.
Ayes: Shoe-Corrigan, Droste,Weisensel, Demuth, DeBettignies
Nays: None. Motion carried.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Mayor Droste reviewed the calendar of events. The next regular City Council meeting will be held
on July 1, 2014.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council and upon a motion by Droste
meeting was unanimously adjourned at 7:12 p.m.
