Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Regular Meeting of
the Utility Commission of the City of Rosemount was duly held
on March 10, 1980, at the City Hall.
The meeting was called to order at 7 :30 p.m. by President
Jensen with member Westin absent.

Don Brown presented a quote for Utility Garage roof maintenance
repair. The quote was from Sauber Plumbing and Heating in the
amount of $708.00. Work to be done would be to repair the
problem areas on the roof deck of the original section of garage.
Don Brown asked the Commission to decide if they wanted to
attempt this repair delaying the cost of a complete new roof as
recommended by the architect, for a few more years.
Motion by Jensen to authorize Don Brown to go ahead with the
roof repair and award the bid for repair to Sauber Plumbing
and Heating in the amount of $708.00. Second by Hasbrouck.
Ayes were two.
Norm Hendrickson and representatives from NSP and Dakota Electric
were present to discuss standardizing, for specification purposes
street light fixtures and pales.
