BOX 455 ROSEMOUNT, MINNESOTA 55068 612 - 423 -4411 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Regular Meeting of the Utility Commission of the City of Rosemount was duly held on October 14, 1980, at the City Hall. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by President Jensen with member Westin absent. n by Hasbrouck to approve the minutes of the September 8 a-; eting as printed. Second by Jensen. Automatic Garage Door $3,194.00, Industrial Door Co $3,211.00, Crawford Door Sales $3,672.00 and Steel Structures Inc $4,397.00. Cook informed the Commission that the low bidder does not meet the specifications as prepared therefore he must recommend that they accept and award the contract to the second low bidder. Motion by Jensen to award the contract for furnishing and installing new garage doors in the old section of the Utility Garage to Industrial Door Co for the quoted price of $3,211.00. The award was made to the second low bidder because of the fact that the low bidder did not meet the specifications as prepared. Second by Hasbrouck. BOX 455 ROSEMOUNT, MINNESOTA 55068 612 - 423 -4411 October 14, 1980 Richman Cook advised the Commission that the Judge ruled in favor of Larry Nichols in the sewer back up claim. The Insurance Company has been notified of this fact. Water sameples have again been taken by the State with the results again being negative.
