Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Regular Meeting of the
Utility Commission of the City of Rosemount was duly held on
December 8, 1980, at the City Hall.

After lengthy discussions, Don Brown was instructed to have the Health
Department take samples from as many of the households represented
as possible, requesting the Health Department to test for Iron Bacteria
as well as their regular tests.

Motion by Hasbrouck that Don Brown be authorized to proceed to the
Council with his request for a new man at the starting pay and date
requested, advertising locally. Second by Westin. Ayes were three.
Don Brown informed the Commission that the Central Alarm System has
been down, but corrections are being made. He also informed them
that the new overhead doors in the garage are in and that the Power
problem at Well #3, has been corrected by N.S.P. and Corrigan Electric.
Dale Westin agreed to have his name submitted to the Mayor as a
representative from Rosemount on the Metropolitan Waste Control Sewer Service
• Area Advisory Board for sewer service area No. 6.
Motion by Jensen to Adjourn, Second by Westin. Ayes a three.
