Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Regular Meeting of the
Utility Commission of the City of Rosemount was duly held on
January 12, 1981, at the City Hall.
Joseph P. Walsh was sworn in as a member of the Utility Commission
replacing retiring President Jensen.

the smelly water problem. Some of the complaints have been cleared
up through the discovery of problems on premises. The balance of the
complaints are still being studied for possible cause and solution.

Don Brown informed the Commission that Grief Bros Corp is looking
into some in house water use revisions in an attempt to reduce
their water usage. If that is successful they will have attained
their objective. If not they will pursue the suggestions made by
the Commission at the December 8th meeting.
