Motion by Hasbrouck to recommend to the City Council that they approve the Great Stock Company Plat without public utilities. Second by Walsh. BOX 455 ROSEMOUNT, MINNESOTA 55068 612. 423 -4411 May 11, 1981 Don Brown presented a request to hire part time summer help explaining that Rich Lonnquist has not been released by the doctors to return on a full time basis and the hiring of a full time person would not be advis- able until Lonnquist has been released for full time service or determined unable to return to full time maintenance work. by Walsh to authorize Don Brown to advertise and hire on art sis one person to work in the Utility and Maintenance ar►': by Hasbrouck. MM reported that the ":pager Alm,.System is be deli4ered acid installed in the next t Don Brown informed the Commission that the Park & Rec Committe€€; and Staff are very interested in having Well House #4 turned over to them for their use and maintenance. Motion by Westin to remove and reclaim the equipment from Well House X14, seal off the wells involved and prepare the building for safe use by the Park & Rec Department, authorizing the transfer of responsibility to the Park'& Rec Department when these changes have been accomplished. Second by Hasbrouck. Ayes were three. Don Brown reviewed the incentive pay item in the Maintenance Union Contract regarding Water Operators License. He asked the Utility Commission to consider this benefit for the Foreman even though he is not a union member.. He recommended a 10 cent per hour incentive raise for Richman Cook as he has attained a Water System Operators "C" License.
