No settlement has been offerred to Terry Duffy on his claim. Engineers stated they have been unable to contact him. Don Brown reported that he is holding on acquisition of inline filters until the water test results are known. Secretary presented the Rosemount Plaza Preliminary Plat for review. Motion by Walsh to recommend approval of the Rosemount Plaza Preliminary Plat as utilities are available to the areas. Second by Hasbrouck. Ayes were three. President Walsh reported that the Pager Alarm System is not in service as yet but the equipment to complete the project is expected by June 17th.
