Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Regular Meeting of the
Utility Commission of the City of Rosemount was duly held on
June 8, 1981, at the City Hall.
The meeting was called to order by President Walsh with all members
present.

Park & Rec Committee has accepted the Well House at Chippendale Park.
No settlement has been offerred to Terry Duffy on his claim. Engineers
stated they have been unable to contact him.
Don Brown reported that he is holding on acquisition of inline filters
until the water test results are known.
Secretary presented the Rosemount Plaza Preliminary Plat for review.
Motion by Walsh to recommend approval of the Rosemount Plaza Preliminary
Plat as utilities are available to the areas. Second by Hasbrouck.
Ayes were three.
President Walsh reported that the Pager Alarm System is not in service
as yet but the equipment to complete the project is expected by June 17th.
Installation will be effected as soon as possible.

Hookup charges for large line installations was discussed. No
recommendations were offerred.
Mr. Worley of Interstate Diesel was in attendance to explain what it
will cost to complete the 30KW Generator purchased from Government
Surplus.

may have to be withheld until this problem can be fully addressed and
the well abandoned.
