Upon completing the quiz it was determined that six Commissioners identified most closely to orange, one to green, two to blue, and two to gold. Personality types to help you determine how you interact with others and can be beneficial when building teams since having diversity of thought is important to get things done. Weisensel noted that too many of any one type can cause difficulty in a group’s ability to complete tasks. Weisensel also noted that during the January Goal Setting session, recognizing those strengths will be helpful when trying to focus on goals and in developing small groups. In regards to goal setting, start thinking now about the community, what direction the City should go, and how to engage civic participation. 8.e.
