RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Elect a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Treasurer for the
Port Authority for the year 2015.
BACKGROUND
The Bylaws of the Port Authority require the election of the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Treasurer
at its annual meeting. After the 2014 elections the Chairperson was Jeff Weisensel; Vice Chairperson was
Dan Wolf; and Treasurer was Carl Peterson. At this time the only sitting officer is the Chairperson.
RECOMMENDATION
Elect a Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Treasurer for the Port Authority for the year 2015.
