RECOMMENDED ACTION:
The recording secretary shall administer the Oath of Office to
Planning Commissioners Brandon Henrie, Pamela VanderWeil, and Gretchen Freeman.
ISSUE
Minnesota State Statute 358.05 requires that City officials, appointed or elected, must take and sign
an Oath of Office before transacting any business or exercising any privilege of office.
BACKGROUND
Brandon Henrie, Pamela VanderWeil, and
Gretchen Freeman as a new Planning Commissioners effective April 15, 2015. Their terms will
expire March 31, 2018.
