BACKGROUND
In the beginning of 2015 the Police Department experienced several retirements as well as officers
relocating out of state. The Police Department completed an extensive testing process for police officer to
fill these vacancies. Officer Kendra Wubben was selected to fill the first vacancy and started with the
Rosemount Police Department on February 16, 2015.
Officer Wubben grew up and graduated high school in Farmington; and she earned a Bachelor’s of
Science degree in Law Enforcement from Metropolitan State University. While she was attending
Metropolitan State University she worked for the Rosemount Police Department as a Community Service
Officer. She left Rosemount and began her career as a Police Officer with the Kenyon Police Department
and prior to being hired by the Rosemount Police Department she worked as a Deputy with the Carver
County Sheriff’s Office. Officer Wubben enjoys many outside activities and she and her husband
currently reside in Farmington.
Officer Wubben has completed her Field Training Program and we are excited see her succeed as a
Rosemount Police Officer.
