SUMMARY
Staff received written notice from Don Harmsen that he would be resigning from the Utility Commission,
as he will be moving out of the city. Mr. Harmsen’s term will expire March 31st, 2017.
Staff requests direction from Council whether they would prefer to appoint someone who has already
applied, or whether the position should be posted again.
