REGULAR MEETING PROCEEDINGS
FEBRUARY 3, 2015
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Rosemount City Council was held
on Tuesday, February 3rd, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 2875 145th Street
West, Rosemount.
Mayor Droste called the meeting to order with Council Members Nelson, Weisensel, and Demuth
attending. Council member DeBettignies was absent. Staff present included City Administrator
Johnson, Parks and Recreation Director Schulz, Chief of Police Scott, Finance Director May and
City Clerk Hadler. The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
ADDITIONS OR CORRECTIONS TO AGENDA
City Administrator Johnson stated there was one addition to the agenda; Item 3.a., the recognition
of former Port Authority Commissioner Carl Peterson.
Motion by Droste. Second by Weisensel.
Motion to Adopt the Agenda with addition of Item 3.a.
Ayes: Nelson, Droste, Weisensel, Demuth
Nays: 0. Motion carried.
PRESENTATIONS
3.A. Recognition – Former Port Authority Member, Carl Peterson
Mayor Droste introduced Carl Peterson and thanked him for his service on the Port Authority. Mr.
Peterson was given a plaque to commemorate his work.

Nays: None. Motion carried.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Mayor Droste reviewed the calendar of events. The next City Council work session will be held on
Monday, February 9th, at 6:30 p.m., and the next Regular Meeting will be held on Tuesday, February
17th, 2015, at 7:00 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council and upon a motion by Droste,
second by Demuth, the meeting was adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
