ATTACHMENTS: None APPROVED BY: ddj RECOMMENDED ACTION: Presentation of Plaque in Appreciation of Service SUMMARY Shawn Mulhern served on the Utility Commission from 1991 through April of 2015. Mr. Mulhern assisted the Utility Commission in achieving its goals throughout his tenure. He was involved in the review of infrastructure development, as well as the review of operating budgets for water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and rates. Additionally, he has provided an invaluable insight to community utility needs and construction. The City Council and staff would like to thank Mr. Mulhern for serving the community and helping attain the current level of utility services provided by the City of Rosemount.
