ATTACHMENTS: Resolution, Easement Exhibit, Prestwick Place 12th Addition Final Plat APPROVED BY: ddj RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to adopt a Resolution approving the Vacation of the Drainage and Utility Easements over Outlot A, Prestwick Place 8th Addition. SUMMARY With the approval of the Final Plat for Prestwick Place 8th Addition, drainage and utility easements were recorded on the adjacent outlot between Prestwick Place 8th Addition lots and Abbeyfield Avenue. Earlier on the Council Agenda, the City Council approved the final plat converting Outlot A, Prestwick Place 8th Addition into the Prestwick Place 12th Addition. To accommodate the development of Prestwick Place 12th Addition, a vacation of the drainage and utility easements of Outlot A, Prestwick Place 8th Addition is necessary. Appropriate new drainage and utility easements will be recorded with the Prestwick Place 12th Addition final plat. This item was originally scheduled for the July 7, 2015 Council meeting and the public hearing was opened and continued to August 21, 2015. At the July 7, 2015 meeting there was no public comment. RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends approval of the drainage and utility easement vacation with the conditions listed within the provided resolution.
