website hit information. We will be trying to provide this information on a quarterly basis. Additionally,
staff has provided a brochure from the Builders Association regarding building trends in the Metro Area.
Staff has received some information from Buxton about the matches for 2015. Their process is slightly
different than previously so they do not provide a listing of potential matches but pick the top 20 matches.
The top 20 are found within the PowerPoint presentation. I expect to have the marketing packages from
Buxton in the next couple of weeks.
Staff is also working on the Purchase Agreement for the Genz Ryan site and hopes to forward that to the
potential buyer early next week. The City Attorney has been working on the draft. Staff has also initiated
the market study for a hotel in town. The firm which previously conducted the study in 2010 was used.
