Recycling in City Parks - Each year Rosemount receives funding from Dakota County to suppoxt our
Recycling and Waste rlbatement program. The County has identified recycling in parks and public
buildings as a priority for this year. To that end, the County has identified park sites vhere theyvould like
us to participate in a pilot program for recycling. Because the Counry requires us to participate in this pilot
program, they have provided the bins necessary to collect the recyclables. The County is providing the
bins so that there is uniformitin the rerycling containers from communiry to communiry. The sites in
Rosemountvhere these nev bins hare recend been placed are the Ball Fields at U1Tore, the Flint Hills
Athletic Complex, the Central Paxk splash pad, and Jaycee PaYk.
