Drilling of the production well began in May. The well design was revised from a double cased well to a triple cased well once the well

Storage Tank 2016 Session, the decision was made to design the tank as a completely below ground facility.

Corporation
Wells 4 & 5 Keys Well Bids were opened September 29 and a contact was to be awarded October 6. The low bid contractor for the project was also the
ENG-181 Sealing, New N/A 09/01/15 09/29/15 On Hold Oct 2015 N/A Drilling contractor for Well 5 in 1963. The contractor produced construction records for Well 5 that have complicated the sealing project.
Observation Well (on hold) Further investigation is necessary in order to determine the construction methods for the abandonment of Well 5. WSB staff are
presently discussing the Well 5 abandonment procedures with MDH and DNR officials. The award is delayed at this time.
