ISSUE
The area around the Business Park sign has become
horticulturalist put together a landscape plan, more in keeping with the plantings around our Welcome to
Rosemount signs. The plantings would include more perennials and flowering plants to increase interest.
Given the lateness of the year, plant installation will take place next year, in the spring.
This item is brought to the Port Authority as the sign is owned by the City and utility payments for the
sign come from the Port Authority budget.
CONCLUSION
The attached plans illustrate the proposed landscape modifications to the existing Business Park sign. If
there members have any comments about the plan, please provide at the meeting.
