Call to Order:
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Work Session of the Planning Commission was held on
Tuesday, April 28, 2015. Chair Miller called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. with Commissioners
Kurle, Forster, Henrie, Freeman, and VanderWiel. Commissioner Kenninger was absent from the
meeting. Also in attendance were Planner Lindahl, Engineer Olson, and Recording Secretary
Roudebush.
The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
Discussion:
2.a. Introductions
2.b. Planning Commissioner Legal Training Sarah Sonsalla from Kennedy & Graven presented on
the legal responsibilities expected of the Planning Commission Members.
Adjournment:
There being no further business to come before this Commission, Chairperson Miller
adjourned the meeting at 6:05 p.m.
