Sidewalk has already been RR Crossing installed on the southwest corner adjacent to the Park & Ride. Council ordered the project and authorized the Plans & Specs on July 21 , 2015. The project is currently in design phase. Award of the Danbury Way 07/21/15 07/21/15 01/05/16 June 2016 contract is anticipated for February 2016. A rain garden maintenance agreement has been approved by Council and presented to the 453 Reconstruction property-owners of the 15 potential rain garden sites. A public informational meeting was held November 12, 2015. We currently have raingarden agreements with three property owners. Nodland This development includes 47 single-family homes by developer Ryland Homes. Ryland Homes is administering the contract privately. 462 Greystone 4th N/A N/A PRIVATE 04/13/15 N/A Construction PRIVATE Base course paving, temporary cul-de-sac, sidewalk, trail and utilities are installed. Wear course paving will occur in summer 2016. Prestwick Place Nodland PRIVATE This development includes 34 single-family homes by developer U.S. Home Corporation (Lennar). Lennar is administering the contract 463 11th N/A N/A PRIVATE 05/18/15 N/A Construction privately. This project is substantially complete. Wear course paving will occur in summer 2016. 464 Bella Vista 3rd N/A N/A PRIVATE 08/03/15 N/A SR Weidema PRIVATE This development includes 28 single-family homes by developer U.S. Home Corporation (Lennar). Lennar is administering the contract privately. Base course paving is complete. Sidewalks and wear course paving will be complete in summer 2016. 465 132nd Street West N/A Council received the feasibility report and assessment agreement on October 6, 2015. This project is on hold until the status of the Improvements Dunmore project is determined. 466 Horseshoe Lake 05/05/15 N/A 08/18/15 09/04/15 09/15/15 10/19/15 N/A Ryan $6447000 Underground utilities were completed in November. Electrical work, site work, and restoration will be completed by summer 2016. Lift Station Contracting 467 Dunmore 1st N/A This development includes 30 single-family homes by developer Copper Creek. This project is on hold by the developer. 468 Prestwick Place N/A N/A PRIVATE TBD N/A TBD PRIVATE This development includes 31 single-family homes by developer KRB Development I, Inc. KRB is administering the contract privately. 12th Base course paving is complete. Sidewalks and wear course paving will be completed in summer 2016. 1 .5MG Ground Winter WSB & Associates, Inc. is the engineering consultant for the design and construction administration of the tank and booster station. ENG-179 N/A N/A Project is in design phase now, with a contract expected to be awarded in early January, 2016. At the October 12, 2015 Council Work Storage Tank 2016 Session, the decision was made to design the tank as a completely below ground facility. ENG-176 City Hall Generator N/A 06/16/15 07/10/15 07/21/15 07/27/15 N/A Northern Air $1447530 $48797 34% The generator was delivered and set in place in November. It will be connected and put in service on December 12. Corporation Bids were opened September 29 and a contact was to be awarded October 6. The low bid contractor for the project was also the Wells 4 & 5 Keys Well contractor for Well 5 in 1963. The contractor produced construction records for Well 5 that have complicated the sealing project. ENG-181 Sealing, New N/A 09/01/15 09/29/15 On Hold On Hold N/A Drilling Further investigation is necessary in order to determine the construction methods for the abandonment of Well 5. WSB staff are Observation Well (On Hold) presently discussing the Well 5 abandonment procedures with MDH and DNR officials. The recommendation for the award of the contract is for sealing Well No. 4 and constructing the Chippendale Observation Well at this time. East Side Utility An RFP was distributed to three engineering fiirms to conduct a utility study for the area of Rosemount east of US52. SEH is the ENG-183 Study NA NA 11/12/15 11/23/15 TBD selected engineering consultant for the study. The study is necessary in order to provide adequate service for a possible large industrial site development, and to use the opportunity to prepare trunk utility facilities for additional future development.
