RECOMMENDED ACTION: Information only.
ISSUE
Staff has updated the retail vacancy rates; this listing represents the vacancy rate going at the end of the
year. There has been movement in the overall rate; it is presently 5% when it was previously 9%. We have
increased the overall retail in the centers, not just having businesses relocate to other centers. Rosemount
Crossing has dipped slightly as the new SNAP Fitness and Crystal’s Cuddle Bugs have taken previously
vacant space. There are several centers that have zero vacancy and with no surprise, they have longer term
tenants such as Nivala and MGM or Giuseppe’s and O’Reilly.
