RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to appoint Councilmember DeBettignies to the
position of Acting Mayor for the City of Rosemount for the year 2016.
SUMMARY
Mayor Droste recommends the appointment of Councilmember DeBettignies as Acting Mayor for
the year 2016. All statutory cities are required to annually appoint a Councilmember to the position
of Acting Mayor to conduct meetings in the Mayor's absence.
