RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to approve the Charlie Rae Inc. dba Rudy’s Redeye Grill On-Sale License on Public
Premise Liquor License to serve intoxicating beverages valid January 19, 2016 through
December 31, 2016.
SUMMARY
Staff recommends approval of On-Sale Licenses on Public Premise for Charlie Rae Inc. dba Rudy’s
Redeye Grill . The applicant has submitted the required $350 fee and insurance documents. The license
term will run from January 19, 2016 through December 31, 2016.
City Code 3-1-15 On-Sale License on Public Premise states the City Council may issue to the holder of an
on-sale intoxicating liquor license issued by the city or a municipality adjacent to the city, a license to allow
the dispensing of intoxicating liquor at any convention, banquet, conference, meeting or social affair
conducted on the premises of a sports, convention or cultural facility owned by the City. No public
hearing is required for the granting of an on-sale license on public premises.
