1 .5MG Ground the October 12, 2015 Council Work Session, the decision was made to design the tank as a completely below-ground facility; however,

Bids were opened September 29, 2015 and a contact was to be awarded October 6, 2015. The low bidder, Keys Well Drilling, was the

separate contract will be awarded in the future to seal Well 5, and to construct a new observation well if Well 4 is not able to be
converted with the original contract. The sealing/conversion of Well 4 is expected to be completed in April 2016.
