Park Improvement Fund Balance as of January 31, 2016: $410,597.65
Inflows to the Park Improvement Fund last month were as follows:

Public Park in the Greystone Development—Staff recendy sent out requests for quotes to a couple of
park design consultants to work with staff to create a final park pla.n fox the neighborhood park in the
Greystone Development. The development is located east of Akron Avenue and about a half mile north
of County Road 42. Sta,ff plans to have two concepts to share with the Commission at our regular meeting
in March or April.
