Motion to Set the 2016 - 2017 Utility Commission Meetings
per the Attached Calendar
Attached is a calendar with highlighted dates for proposed meetings. Keep in mind that the Utility
Commission meets the second Monday after the first Tuesday of the month. Please note the proposed
changes:

January 16 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day) to the following Monday, January 23 and;

February 20 (Presidents Day) to the following Monday, February 27
Meetings can be changed as long as it is voted on and there is a quorum present.
Please bring your calendars to discuss any potential conflicts.
