RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to declare the items listed in the executive summary
as surplus property and for staff to appropriately dispose of the items by sale or as
otherwise provided by law..
ISSUE
The Finance Department is asking that the City Council declare the computer equipment listed below as
surplus property. This declaration will authorize staff to appropriately donate/dispose of these items.
BACKGROUND
The Audio/Visual Equipment is no longer used and has been upgraded. The servers have been upgraded
due to out of warranty and have reached their end of life cycle.
