ISSUE
Staff has updated the retail vacancy rates; this listing represents the vacancy rate after the first quarter of
2016. The vacancy rate is the same as that at the end of 2015, 5% for the centers we track. There were a
few changes from the end of the year, Chippendale lost a tenant but Waterford gained a tenant, meaning
that the 5% held steady. In actuality the amount of square foot available dropped 1,136 square feet to the
current vacant space of 13,639 square feet. Most of the vacancies seen in the summary were the same as
that in December 2015.
