ISSUE
Staff recently received a request to review how we allocate fields to out local athletic field users for spring
and summex tournaments. The request came from RAAA Traveling Softball.This is the same gtoup that
asked the Commission to discuss the same topic in Janua,ry of 2014.The concern voiced by RA.AA softball
is that we are giving a non-Rosemount group priority use on two weekends.With regards to weekend
tournament rentals,the process listed below is what staff follows to allocate fields:
• Groups who have had a weekend tournament one year,will have prioxity use for the same
weekend in the following peax. If a gYoup declines a paYticular weekend,it will then be made
available for other groups to use. This new group will then have prioxity for the next year.

May 7—8 R1LAA Baseball
May 14— 15 R.AAA Baseball
May 21 —22 RA_AA Softball
June 4—5 RA AA Baseball
June 11 — 12 RAAA Softball
June 18— 19 MN Irish
June 25—26 MN Irish
July 9—10 RAAA Baseball
July 16— 17 RAAA Softball
July 23 - 24 RAA.A Baseball
