1. CALL TO ORDER: Eliason called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m.
2. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
3. APPROVAL OF THE MARCH 30,2015 MEETING MINUTES: MOTION by Bartz to approve the
minutes of the Maxch 30,2015 meeting. SECOND by Farrell. Ayes: 4 Nays: 0 Motion passed. Tilson arrived.
Honl administered the oath of office to Jim Young,new Parks and Recreation Commission member.

5. DISCUSSION (Response to Audience Input): None
6. OLD BUSINESS:
a. None
7. NEW BUSINESS:
a. Parks Tour—The Coinxnission touxed Jaycee PaYk-playground the new dugout covexs;
Erickson Park-new tennis courts; the seating aYea at the corner of Bloomfield Path and
Autumn Trail that was added in 2014;Prestwick Park featuring a zip-line and rope web climbex;
Meadows Paxk- narive prairie grass area,birdhouses built by boy scouts and birdhouses built by
a Rosemount resident; and the new Bella Vista Development which is undeY construcrion and
where the greenway trail will be fizrther extended adjacent to the pipeline easement. The tour
concluded back at City Hall.
8. ADJOURNMENT - MOTION by Tilson to adjourn the meeting. SECOND by Faxrell.
Ayes: 5 Nays: 0 Motion passed. The meeting was adjoutned at 8:40 p.m.
