Minutes of the July 5th, 2016 Regular Meeting ProceedingsROSEMOUNT CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING PROCEEDINGS JULY 5TH, 2016 CALL TO ORDER Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Rosemount City Council was held on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 2875 145th Street West, Rosemount. Mayor Droste called the meeting to order with Council Members DeBettignies, Nelson, Weisensel and Demuth attending. Staff present included the following; o City Administrator Johnson o Chief of Police Scott o Interim Director of Public Works/City Engineer Morast o City Clerk Hadler The Pledge of Allegiance was said. ADDITIONS OR CORRECTIONS TO AGENDA City Administrator Johnson stated the names that were added to 6.b. Facilities Task Force: Brenda Rivera, Christina Scipioni, and Joshua Otis. Motion by DeBettignies. Second by Nelson. Motion to Adopt the Agenda. Ayes: DeBettignies, Nelson, Droste, Weisensel, Demuth Nays: 0. Motion carried. PRESENTATIONS, PROCLAMATIONS, & ACKNOWLEDGMENTS PUBLIC COMMENT CONSENT AGENDA Motion by DeBettignies. Second by Demuth. Motion to Approve the Consent Agenda with item F pulled for discussion. a. Minutes of the June 21, 2106 Regular Meeting Proceedings b. Facilities Task Force Appointments c. Bills Listing d. Budget Amendments e. Amending the Fee Schedule for Fees for Photovoltaic Solar Systems f. Receive Donation - Parks & Recreation Dept. g. Approval of Letter of Support for Rosemount Local Service Transit Expansion; Grant Application h. Motion Authorizing Execution of Master Subscriber Agreement between City of Rosemount and the State of Minnesota Office of State Court Administration for Data Sharing 6.a. ROSEMOUNT CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING PROCEEDINGS JULY 5TH, 2016 i. Motion Authorizing Execution of Master Subscriber Agreement between City of Rosemount Police Department and the State of Minnesota-Office of State Court Administration for Data Sharing j. Payment 5 & Final - 2015 Trail Improvement Project Ayes: DeBettignies, Nelson, Droste, Weisensel, Demuth Nays: None. Motion carried. 6.f. Receive Donation – Parks & Recreation Dept. Council member DeBettignies recognized the businesses in the community for their support. Motion by DeBettignies. Second by Demuth. Motion to approve receiving the following donation: $250 from Scott Chiropractic for the Leprechaun Days Run for the Gold. Ayes: DeBettignies, Nelson, Droste, Weisensel, Demuth Nays: 0. Motion carried. PUBLIC HEARINGS OLD BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS ANNOUNCEMENTS Mayor Droste reviewed the calendar of events. The next City Council work session will be held on Monday, July 11, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. The next City Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 19, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the City Council and upon a motion by Droste, second by Weisensel, the meeting was adjourned at 7:04 p.m. Respectfully Submitted, Clarissa Hadler, City Clerk
