ATTACHMENTS: Location Map and Sidewalk Plan APPROVED BY: dds RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to recommend approval of the sidewalk locations in the Prestwick 13t" Additional Development Plans with the addition of a sidewalk to one side of 141St Court and the continuation of the sidewalk along Block 3 lots 10 and 11 on 140th Court. ISSUE At the June 27`''Parks and Recreation Commission meeting, the Commission recommended approval of the Prestwick Place 13�'addition development pla,ns which included 193 single family residential lots on 72.59 acres. One of the conditions of approval included the Pa.Yks and Recxeation Commission reviewing the sidewalk locations. 'I"he developer has submitted a plan that identifies where the sidewalks will be located (attached). Staff has reviewed the sidewalk locations and has the following comments: 1. A sidewalk should be added to one side of 1415`Court. 2. The sidewalk should be continued along Block 31ots 10 and 11 on 140`''Court. Staff is xecommending the Parks and Recreation Commission take action on this item.
