Master Development Plan with Rezoning and Final Plat to Develop a 169 Lot Subdivision

c. Request by Prestwick LLC for a revised Preliminary Plat and Final Plat for Prestwick

g. Request by City of Rosemount for a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to Extend
