SPECIAL MEETING PROCEEDINGS
AUGUST 12, 2016
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the Rosemount City Council was held
on Friday, August 12, 2016 at 8:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 2875 145th Street
West, Rosemount.
Mayor Droste called the meeting to order with Council Members Weisensel and Demuth attending.
Staff present included City Clerk Hadler and City Administrator Johnson.
NEW BUSINESS
2. a. Canvass of the August 9, 2016 Primary Returns
City Clerk Hadler provided a summary of election returns and presented Council with the Election
Abstract. Candidate Wade Miller received the fewest votes and will not be on the November
General Election Ballot
Motion to declare the results of the August 9, 2016 Primary, as provided in abstract.
Motion by Droste. Second by Weisensel.
Ayes: Droste, Weisensel, Demuth
Nays: 0. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council and upon a motion by Droste,
second by Weisensel, the meeting was adjourned at 8:05 a.m.
