The project includes installing a new sidewalk along the north side of 144th Street from Chili Ave to Cameo Ave, installing a trail on
the Shannon Park Elementary property connecting the school with Shannon Parkway, and installing an enhanced pedestrian
crosswalk at Evermore Parkway and Creggs Circle. WSB & Associates, Inc. is the engineering consultant for the design and
construction administration. The project is being funded with a combination of Federal and Local funds. All temporary and permanent
easements have been secured for the project. The project ROW certificate is complete and all state and federal authorizations have
been secured. Construction is underway and the project is expected to be complete by October 1.

selected engineering consultant for the study. The study is necessary in order to provide adequate service for a possible large

The Connemara Park and City Hall parking lots are scheduled for maintenance in 2016. In-house staff is working on the design for
the Connemara Park lot; WSB is doing the design for the City Hall lot. Both projects will be bid together and will include curb & gutter
enhancements/replacement, as well as full pavement replacement. Construction is expected in spring 2017.
