RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve a Tobacco License Amendment for Green
Leaf Tobacco at new location at 3816 150th Street West pending receipt of Certificate of
Occupancy.
ISSUE
Green Leaf Tobacco will be moving a few doors down from its current location due to the expansion of
Cub Liquor. It is necessary for the shop to amend their tobacco license, which requires approval by City
Council.
The store layout will, for the most part, be the same as it is in the current location. Green Leaf has not
had a license violation since the City started licensing tobacco this year.
SUMMARY
Staff recommends approval of the motion to approve a tobacco license amendment for Green Leaf
Tobacco for new location at 3816 150th Street West in Rosemount.
