SPECIAL MEETING PROCEEDINGS
OCTOBER 25, 2016
CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the Rosemount City Council was held
on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at 6:07 p.m. in Room 100 at the Steeple Center, 14375 South Robert
Trail, Rosemount.
Mayor Droste called the meeting to order with Council Members DeBettignies, Nelson, Weisensel
and Demuth attending.
Assistant City Administrator Foster was also present.
ADDITIONS OR CORRECTIONS TO AGENDA
None
CITY ADMINISTRATOR EXECUTIVE SEARCH – CONSIDERATION OF CANDIDATES
Richard Fursman from Hue Life (aka Brimeyer Fursman) presented thirteen City Administrator
candidates for consideration to the City Council. After careful review and discussion, the Council
selected five of the candidates to move on to the next phase of interviews. Once Mr. Fursman
confirms that each of the five would like to proceed on in the process, their names may become
public. The final interviews are scheduled for Friday, November 4 and Saturday, November 5.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council and upon a motion by Droste,
second by DeBettignies, the meeting was adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
