NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Application for On -Sale Liquor License
For Walleye's Bar Grill and Fox Pizza

ADMINISTRATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Rosemount will
conduct a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 6. 2005, in the Council
Chambers at City Hall, 2875 145 Street West, Rosemount, Minnesota.
This public hearing is being held to consider a new liquor license application for on -sale
liquor sales located at Walleye's Bar Grill and Fox Pizza, 3400 150 Street West,
Suite B, Rosemount.
Comments will be taken from persons desiring to be heard with reference to the above
hearing item. Written comments will be accepted up to the time of the hearing and will be
included in the discussion at this hearing

On August 16, 2005, acting on behalf of the City, I posted at Rosemount City Hall, 2875 145
Street West, the attached Notice of Public Hearing to consider at City Council the
Application for an On Sale Liquor License for Walleye's Bar Grill and Fox's Pizza,
located at 3400 150th Street West Suite B, at the September 6, 2005 regular City Council
meeting.
